Good question!

I’m not super picky about WHAT I want to do as a photographer, I just know I want to do whatever “it” is forever. Once I got my first real camera, it was like I finally had a way to express myself creatively and I dove in head-first.

I guess five years from now I’d like to be able to say that I ‘said something’ with my photos. I realize the vagueness of that statement, but I hit on something with the series that I did for the “It Gets Better” campaign and I really enjoyed how that felt….to have an idea that turned into a full-fledged project.

It felt good to say something with my photos other than ‘I like fat guys’. Not to say I won’t be shooting chubby dudes in various states of undress til I can’t push the shutter anymore, but you get my meaning.

And I have no idea if I answered your question or not….but there ya go.
